Northeast Dallas Allergy

Due to the pandemic, we are reducing our clinic hours as is reflected on our home page. We will be closed Wednesdays and Fridays. We are open for allergy shots, infusions, and urgent appointments. We would like to continue seeing you for your routine follow-up appointments via telemedicine unless you are already coming into the office for an allergy shot or infusion. Thank you for doing your part to #FlattenTheCurve

At this time, Northeast Dallas Allergy & Asthma Center will be open during regular hours. We will continue to see all regularly scheduled patients and allergy shot patients. We do offer telemedicine services, so established patients with follow-ups may convert their appointments to telemed by calling our office at 469.649.9644.

We are implementing the following changes during the COVID-19 pandemic:

We will ask all patients in the waiting room to sit apart from one other. To help with this, we will bring back patients as quickly as possible into an exam room. If at any time, there is an excess of patients in the waiting room, we will ask patients to wait in their car and wait to be called in. Please try to limit the number of family members you bring with you to your appointment.

If you have a fever, cough, recent travel to S. Korea, China, Europe, Iran or have had contact with anyone known to have COVID-19, please call our office PRIOR to coming to your appt. Our staff does not have personal protective equipment nor the ability to obtain samples for COVID-19 testing. We will triage you over the phone or telemedicine to determine how best to proceed.

Please bear with us during this unprecedented time. As this is an ever evolving situation, our guidelines might change. Please follow our Facebook page and our website for updates. Thank you!! #FlattentheCurve #socialdistancing
